Our Retained Executive Search is designed specifically for Executive Level or difficult to source technical requirements. These assignments are conducted on an exclusive basis within a designated time frame.
Once given the mandate to initiate a search, a project plan and timetable is created in consultation with the client. This will outline the target audience, criteria on which candidates are screened, geographic parameters for the search and a timetable for submission of candidate shortlist, interviews, reference & background checks and the period of exclusivity.
Fees are non contingent and linked to specific milestones throughout the assignment with payments structured in three stages. 1/3 is payable in advance once a mandate is given, 1/3 is payable upon submission of the qualified shortlist and the final 1/3, the success fee, becomes payable when the successful candidate joins the organisation.
